The Council to Homeless Persons is the peak body for homelessness organisations in Victoria and has played an instrumental role in getting homelessness on the national agenda. Their mission is to advocate for policies and programs to end homelessness.
They believe homelessness is a social problem that can be solved and that there are policies, practices and services that can work coherently towards ending homelessness.
